The background must be removed before you upload your image. Background removal is not included with this product.

Your uploaded design should have a transparent background so the production process can cut around the outer shape of your subject.

If your image has a white, colored, or photographic background, that background may be included as part of the printed and cut design.

For the best result:

• Upload a PNG file with a transparent background

• Use one main subject or design whenever possible

• Make sure the subject is clear and high resolution

• Avoid extremely thin details

• Lines and narrow elements should be at least approximately 12 px / 1 mm thick

• Interior negative spaces will not be cut out

• Multiple elements placed close together may be cut as one connected shape
